By default, 7 requires digital drivers to be officially signed. Sometimes you can work around this issue by turning the enforcement off. Here’s how to do it.
Warning !!! This may allow Windows7 to install a driver that will make your system unstable. Frequently, disabling this check still will not get the driver installed.

How to Turn off Digital Driver Signing Check in Windows 7 / Windows Vista :
1. Create a shortcut on the desktop to cmd.exe

2. Right-click on the shortcut and select Run as administrator
3. When the command window opens, type or paste the following and press ENTER:
