Sound pretty usefull. Here the steps.
If you have an USB camera, then you need install a program on your computer to stream the USB webcam.
You can try http://www.webcamxp.com or http://www.yawcam.com for Windows, or http://www.evological.com/evocam.html for Apple.
Once the USB webcam is available using a browser, then following the same steps as an IP camera to get that camera available from the internet.
In the IP Cam Viewer app for Android, select the "WebcamXP" or "Yawcam", or "EvoCam" type.
I'm using Android Samsung Tab GT-P1000 with apps called "IP Cam Viewer Lite" and worked excellent.
After install this for you Android, hold your tap, then select Add Widget > IP Camera > to your home screen.
You can always see your private area.
Go to the Android Market on your phone and search for:
IP Cam Viewer by Robert Chou (choose FREE or FULL VERSION)
Step (1) Press the menu key and select manage cameras
then select "Add Cam"
Step (2)
Step (3) Enter the make by scrolling down to the Celius brand
Step (4) Choose the camera model
Step (5) Enter the DDNS hostname or static IP address
and the configured port number of the camera
Step (6) Click Test
Step (7) Now save the camera settings and your configuration is complete
Repeat steps 1 - 7 for all of your cameras then press the
back button on your phone to view the camera images
To view the cameras at any time simply touch the IP Cam Viewer icon from your home page
