Dragon Age 2 Patch 1.02 is now live for the PC and Mac, fixing over 100 minor and major issues. Console updates are on their way.
Whether you’ve found some game-breaking glitches in your playthrough of Dragon Age 2, or merely noticed a few passing hiccups, the first update released by BioWare should work to remedy them significantly. Patch 1.02 has officially gone live addressing both minor and major problems that players have been experiencing with the PC version of the game, from missing content to attacks that don’t work exactly as described. BioWare has released the official details on the patch, so take a look now to see what the update will be bringing.
Those who have run into a few dead ends due to haphazard save files on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of Dragon Age 2 still have a while to wait, as the official post on the BioWare forums explains that the ‘Title Update 1.01′ is still working its way through certification with Microsoft and Sony.
PC and Mac gamers can get the patch downloaded immediately, while console owners can expect a release either this week or next.
